Dear sirs,
we are glad to inform you that our hotel in 2008 has reached the ECOLABEL certification.
It's the third in Tuscany and the first in the Florence area.
We obtained this brand changing entirely our waste recycling policy eliminating packages and throwaway objects, separating waste, reducing power consuming with low cost bulbs,
(100%) and reducing water consume.
We also searched and buyed only local products, for the hotel and the restaurant, reducing freight and air pollution with a zero miles policy.
Purified water from the tap eliminating the
disposal of the bottles.
Only fresh seasonal products for the restaurant.
